grandie and think, as she wants a brown horse, that icing with caramel would do the trick.

1 Can I use the canned Roland Brand Dulce de Leche as icing?

2 If not, can you provide me with a recipe for a good caramel icing that takes little time to prepare.

I need to ice this by Tuesday at the latest. I am doing a flat cake approx 13 x 5 and cutting out the shape of the horses head. Nothing fancy at all.
