Baking question-wanted to make and freeze biscotti dough-- should I freeze

the dough raw, or freeze the logs after the first bake?

I've never frozen dough, so not sure what's best.

Now that the refrigerator freezers are empty, thought I'd get a start on holiday baking.

I freeze mine in logs but only because it's then easier to slip

them in the oven when I want them. I can't imagine why one couldn't freeze the dough. No doubt others more experienced will know.
