Polenta Crust.
I cut back the sugar from the orginal recipe and added orange zest to the crust (used cornmeal in the crust). I have to say, I think that crust is my new favorite. It baked up beautifully and the dough is so delicious...I was nibbling scraps long before it went in the oven!
