Banana Bread

2 eggs

3 small bananas

1/2 cup of Crisco

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 1/2 cups of sugar

2 cups flour

In a small bowl beat eggs, add mashed bananas, sugar, and crisco. blend well. Add baking soda, salt, and flour. Combine together with spatula untill all ingredients are blended well.

coat loaf pan with oil and light coat with flour, add mixture to pan, bake at 350 for about 40 to 45 minutes.
