I was going to take the entire batch to the cookie swap tomorrow as a lagniappe, but forget that! They can have half and I'm keeping the other half for ME!

I can't figure out how this girl only gets 20 cookies. I weighed out what looked like a teaspoon = 7 grams, which rolls into a 1" ball and made 24 1.5" baked cookies with half the dough. It is a Perfect Little Bite of Perfection.

I used Cabot cheese: 4 oz of Sharp Cheddar and 2 oz of Farmhouse Cheddar (white).

I ate the last two today and feel they are best fresh & warm out of the oven. A perfect appetizer
