yesterday and decided to keep the resulting juices (there was quite a lot) and freeze it. I thought I could cook more beans in it or use it in soups. Does anyone else do this and have you found other uses for it?

This is the first time I have done the beans in a slow cooker

with the rest of the ingredients included. Usually, I cook the beans, keep them in the cooking liquid, add the rest of the ingredients and continue cooking. There is usually not any liquid to pour off.

Yes, you can. . You might want to simmer it

to concentrate so it doesn't take up so much room.
You could add veggies and make soup.
