It's for a small batch and it was delish! I had some jars of honey that had bits in it so I wanted to use those up, and some peaches that needed to be used up too. I ended up with 2 8oz freezer jars and about a half cup to bring to work. I had to use my immersion blender at the end since my peaches just didn't fall apart enough and it turned out a bit dark, but really nice flavor with the honey.http://www.foodinjars.com/2011/08/urban-preserving-honey-sweetened-skillet-stonefruit-jam/

 
I just made a peachy peach smoothie for Lar The Dirty Sweaty Yardman

1/4 C peachy peach jam
2 Cups frozen peach slices
1/2 C vanilla Greek Gods yogurt
1/2 frozen banana
couple of ice cubes (I have no idea why)

Vitamix until 4 pillows form (I have no idea why)

Serve dirty sweaty yardman and watch him immediately get brain-freeze.

Meanwhile, the marigolds are looking especially nice.
