We have a small apiary on the coast of Maine. We make regular, hot and our specialty, Maine Mousse creamed honey in six organic flavors and sell it online and at farmers markets, fairs and in local retail stores. That keeps me pretty busy, but I still love to cook. I am happiest in my kitchen… as long as it involves making food instead of cleaning up the mess! I’m pleased to meet others who enjoy creating delicious food as much as I do!
