Especially Mimi for starting this up. I'm so happy to have found it. Before I started coming to this sight I had no idea what laarb was, had never made rose hip chutney or braised chard ribs or thought of having a pig roast or known about Kalua pig or sag paneer or Kosher slugs and blender frogs or the best ice cream makers and I could go on and on.

It makes me realize how little I really know about food and how much experimenting I have to do. There really is joy in cooking.

Isn't that funny. My memory started fading in my 40's. I have a home with

4 stories and I go up and down those stairs so often because I've forgotten something that my thighs look like I'm a pro football linebacker.
