I like to mix the concentrate with water and usually drink it over a little while, like a glass of tea, for it's health benefits. (And I really like it!) But does anyone have any ideas about the nutritional value if I mix it up, and drink it over the afternoon, like a little here, then a little after dinner, and so on? Or do you suppose I should continue to drink it in a bigger quantity at once, like the glass of tea? TIA.
