Great article and nice recipes. For those who love rosemary, check out the date bars. interesting.

I loved the part where he describes the staff as very devoted and with a sense of legacy in what they are doing. Wouldn't it be great to go to work everyday with that attitude, and surrounded by others with the same attitude.
