Ah, the coconut ones...
I love coconut but didn't really realize just how good these biscotti would be! They are crunchy, coconutty but not overly sweet, and taking the good advice offered here and on Twitter I dipped the ends in melted 70% cacao chocolate.
Please note that a whole bar of Green and Black chocolate is perfect for dipping the entire batch of biscotti, that is if the dipper is not also eating the melted chocolate with a spoon, then one does tend to run out a bit. ahem. So I'm told, that is....
