I'm not sure why, but we had a lot of leftover sauce from the dish, and it is absolutely delicious tossed with farfalle. smileys/smile.gif The color and flavor just get better with time.

I have never had leftovers this good! smileys/smile.gif (It's not meant to sound like a back-handed compliment--there are only two of us, and we freeze things and thaw 'em for weeknight dinners.)
