He lives in our neighborhood, who knew!! Apparently he was on last spring and made it a good way but lost out when he had to do a dessert, he doesn't do dessert, LOL!!!

It was bookclub night and also the hostess' birthday, the rest of us gave her a dinner prepared by Cheff Scott and she chose to use it for bookclub night.

and of course I'm already thinking - can I make the sauce and use shredded/chopped rotisserie chicken (love the ones from Costco) to make it a somewhat fast weeknight meal- do you think it would still be good or suffer too much of a flavor loss?
