I rinse, dry, then freeze bay leaves.
I dry thyme, sage, and oregano in a dehydrator I bought many years ago. It runs way too hot so I just turn it on for a minute or two periodically over a couple days until the herbs are dry. I dried tarragon once in the microwave and it worked pretty well. All I remember is that I used a paper plate. I don't remember the time or power level used.
