Well, I just completed baking the whole book from Peter Reinhart, and feel so excited about it, decided to share the end of this road here, for those interested in bread baking

Congrats. I've been following the string for awhile and have the book myself. I bought his first

book, Brother Juniper's Bread Book and have had great success with the Wild Rice and Onion loaves. Gonna try using it as pizza dough one of these days.

I'm right behind you, working with a couple of starters as you might have noticed from my Saturday Sex . . . (damn!) SIX.
