Port Caramel Sauce
I'm having trouble with the Port Caramel Sauce that accompanies this bread pudding, but I'll try the recipe...could be that the sauce is gilding the lily. I have a couple of recipes for chocolate bread pudding and I haven't hit THE ONE recipe that will make me pitch the others. I want a souffle-like consistency and I just haven't found it yet.
