Magazine is the "Cheese Issue". That perked me up for sure and there are a bunch that I want to try. The first up was Breakfast Grilled Cheese that I made Saturday for breakfast. Yum! I made my own own waffles using Bisquick and instead of jam I sliced strawberries the night before and sprinkled with a little sugar, a touch of orange zest and a couple of splashes of Triple Sec. I used one waffle for each of us and split it in half. I skipped the powdered sugar on top and just sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
