Broiled Asian Sugar Snap Peas

I wonder if stir-frying them at a high temp would work as well as broiling them?

I don't know that you'd get the carmalization that the broiling gives.

Plus, a foil covered pan cleans up a lot easier smileys/smile.gif

Very true. The wok would have to be restaurant-hot in order to singe them properly.
