Brought to the department today: Choc Chip Cookies, from Best Thing I Ever Made

simple recipe, great outcome. The secret is to not use chocolate chips, instead cutting the chocolate by hand, in uneven sizes.

Everyone raved about them (I added a very small amount of walnuts)

NFRC: a little video...

... this is Buck, a rescued dog who was abused for 5 years until we got him.

Bringing him to our home required a ton of changes and adjustments - long story, not worth mentioning. But worth every bit of effort. He learns slowly, but is very pleased to try new tricks
