Deb - these look geat! Do you think they would work as cupcakes?

I know some cake recipes do not do so well as cupcakes.

I think so....it would make a pretty dense cupcake though....

The recipe makes a dense, luscious cake that slices beautifully. The cupcakes would be 'heavy' but I'm a 'heavy' cake versus 'light' kinda gal
