Buffalo Chicken Meatballs - looks good but haven't tried therm yet (nt)

I drooled and printed. I'm SO due for some of these. I just so happen to like

Hidden Valley Ranch's low fat ranch dressing and Texas Pete hot sauce on the side will suit me fine.

I copied this too. it'll be a fun finger food appetizer night addition. I like the suggestion to

stuff some blue cheese in the middle of some of them.
