Cleaning out my pantry, I found two large bottles of Frank's Hot Sauce. I did a little searching for recipes and came up with these that sound good. I will let you know if they are after I make some. The notes in the recipes, are the author's notes.

Add the cooked meatballs and stir to coat with sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the meatballs are heated through. Serve at once.

JJNOTE:Little did that little bar in Buffalo, New York, know what they started with their Buffalo Wings back

in 1964. Now, in 2005, we’ve come up with a recipe for Meatballs with that famous Buffalo taste!

Make sure you use Franks Hot Pepper Sauce to get that authentic original flavor

Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches Recipe #128397

I got the original recipe to this from Woman's Day Magazine, and then tweaked it to my own taste. It is just awesome! As usual for me, very simple to make, but just exactly what I was hungry for! YUM-O!

4 servings

10 min 5 min prep

2 cups shredded cooked chicken (I used a store-bought Rotisserie or Roasted chicken)

4 teaspoons butter, softened

4 honey hamburger buns, split

1/4 cup frank's hot sauce

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1 teaspoon parsley flakes

1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded

1 cup tomatoes, diced

1/2 cup bleu cheese salad dressing (I use Kraft's chunky style)

Heat broiler.

Spread 1/2 teaspoons butter on each bun half. Broil 1 minute or until lightly toasted.

Mix chicken and Frank's hot sauce in a small bowl. Warm mixture in microwave for about 3 minutes. Mix in garlic, parsley flakes, shredded lettuce and diced tomato.

Spread each bun bottom with 1 tablespoons Bleu Cheese dressing. Top each with 1/2 cup chicken mixture.

Add another tablespoons Bleu Cheese dressing on bun tops. Enjoy!

Fun Dawn, I do a wrap much like the sandwich except use crumbled blue cheese inside the wrap

and serve little cups of dressing for dipping. A deli here in town calls it a Blue Buffalo Wrap. Oh, and add a bit of jasmine rice to it.

I think the eggs sound damn good.

Thanks and Happy Holidays,
Nan

I thought they sounded good. This crew loves deviled eggs and

and I thought a plate of regular ones and then these zesty ones would be good. Happy Holidays to you too, Nan!
