Wow. Heard a reference to this on the Splendid Table (great show!) and just had to order it. It arrived Friday in time for Saturday dindin. Amazing, amazing, amazing: Artisan Blue Cheese smoked over hazelnut shells. The link below is to igourmet who sells it in smaller packages. we've been eating it for

snacks, with a glass of wine before dinner, served after dinner with cognac (see menu in T&T where I used it with the preceeding recipe for the chicken in garlic wine cream sauce.
