RECIPE: Came across this interesting recipe via Tastespotting. REC: Gyoza/Potsticker/Dumpling/Egg Yolk

The first recipe sounds like a pretty typical potsticker recipe, but scroll down to see the frozen egg yolk recipe. Not in a million years would I have thought of that. Now I want to make them, sort of like a Asian Scotch egg.

This was actually more a riff on an egg yolk ravioli as opposed to a scotch egg.

I did do some very cool scotch eggs awhile back though.
