I've been using LC for several years and love it. I have the 2015 version and the other day I tried to open it and the cookbook picture flashed on my screen and then it went away and never would open the program. I tried reloading the software twice. I have tried to contact their customer service and get no response. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I shudder to think if I can't get access to all my recipes. I have days invested in entering them into the program. Thanks

Is your data file backed up? If so, you can try deleting the program before reloading.
I also have the program and it is updated with the 2015 version. I've never had a problem and it has more than 15,000 recipes entered in it. My husband has done the entering for something like 15 years. That is all he can think to do. Just be sure you have a back up. I've actually kept hard copies of all of mine. A bit OCD, you think?

Check your backup. I also keep a copy of the back up in a seperate folder just for safety because like Curious1, I have been using it so long and have about the same number of recipes plus pictures, notes, etc. And every couple of months, I export it to a Word document - I stated it so I could easily just cut and paste a recipe when someone asked for it but have found it to be a nice thing to have that I can easily go to. Plus you can print a copy out and keep it on the counter.
I have always found him to be fairly helpful and responsive so I might try reaching out to him again. Once he had to give me a new license key to reload it.
