Rec: Chutney Cheese Ball
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. dry vermouth (I used sherry)
1 tsp. curry Chutney (I used ginger chutney)
1. Beat cheeses together until well blended.
2. Add vermouth and curry to taste.
3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
4. Shape into a ball.
5. When ready to serve, carefully spoon chutney over the cheeseball.
Serve with crackers or breadsticks.
