RECIPE: Can AP flour be used in place of Wondra for this rec: Dawn's curried beef and potato stew?

I made this a few years ago; and I know we enjoyed it.

I just do not recall adding wondra. Is there something magical about it, or can I sub?

WOW! Just looked, I made it 5 years ago!!!

Any thoughts on Wondra would be greatly appreciated.

Absolutely. Just mix the flour with the cold water first to avoid lumps.

You can always wiz the flour/water in the blender to remove lumps too.
