Yes, you can, and I did! They were great - more like steamed
(dumplings) but very good. I started with the vegetables (onion, carrots, celery), added cornstarch in chicken broth, then about 10 minutes later, added th cooked turkey. Stirred it all up, the made biscuit dough and plopped 'em on top.
Then I put the cover on, and cooked for 10 minutes (I originally set the timer for 20 minutes, but checked at 10 minutes and that was enough). Of course they weren't browned, but they were very good, and the turkey got shredded, just like I had hoped.
I also googled, and found a nice recipe for making them in a skillet and adding them to make a pot pie afterwards. Can post that recipe if anyone would like.
