Can I refreeze baked smoked ham that was frozen, then thawed? I get conflicting answers

on Google. I'm sure texture and moisture might be compromised, but my only concern is safety. It was frozen after it was baked, and it was smoked, so it was fully cooked to begin with.

 
The ham will be ok to eat but the quality goes down each time it's frozen/thawed.

Also, you'll want to track the total time it's been thawed for the safe-to-eat time range.
