Can we start a thread on favorite breakfast foods?

I am getting sick of eggs made every possible way (usually fried or scrambled) and have been trying to get a little variety in there with smoothies and other grains, but would love to hear your ideas/stand-bys.

Peach Blueberry & Pumpkin Seeds

Sorry, I obviously need to go back and figure out how to post an image.

Note: The recipe for the Banana Stuffed French Toast is inside. Don't know why it says NT

Usually I like fresh fruit for breakfast. Also, yogurt with fruit or a yogurt sundae:

Yogurt sundaes are great for breakfast, snacks, dessert, etc:
In parfait glasses, layer plain yogurt, bananas, strawberries, etc. with a touch of maple syrup. Can also add nuts or granola for crunch.

I'm not a breakfast person so I start my day with a double shot coffee latte. Then

I have a fruit salad (just cut up fruit, really) between my coffee and lunch. When I stay at hotles, I ususally have some fruit or a smoothie for breakfast.

I make these eggwhite and greens tacos:

three mini corn tortillas warmed, 3 egg whites whipped, fried with a little oil, sprinkled with black pepper and ground chipotle pepper, then cut into thirds, a mix of arugula, lacinato kale, green onions and a minced de-veined/seeded jalapeno sauteed lightly and 1 ounce soft goat cheese.

Place the sections of egg white on the tortillas, the greens atop the egg whites and divide the cheese on the greens. Dress with a little Louisiana Brand Chipotle hot sauce and some salt and devour.

I love these and I do not get hungry for hours upon hours after I eat them; stays with me for a LONG time.

A cup of good, french press coffee or good strong tea and I am happy as a clam for a long time.
