Can you freeze "canned tunafish"?

I bought one of those humongous cans in a moment of sugar-induced diet desperation.

Can I freeze it in smaller portions?

I'm not sure I can deal with the prospect of eating that much tuna within a "refrigerated-only" period.

 
LOL! I did the same thing. Swore I'd only eat tuna until the can was gone.

That lasted 3 days.
Yes it freezes well. Squeeze the water out and vac seal (or get as much air out as possible)

 
Maybe that's the point of buying a humonguous can of something, you'll eat less and less LOL
