Canning Hot Fudge?

I made a larger than needed batch of hot fudge and wondered if I could can it. I have both a water bath and pressure capability. The recipe is:

6T Butter

6 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate

1 cup boiling water

2 cups of sugar

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/4 t salt

1 1/2 t vanilla extract.

Thanks.

I know of a woman who used to water-bath her hot fudge sauce...

but after much inquiring on my part on many different boards, I have come to conclusion, it shouldn't really be water-bathed. The dairy products being the culprits. I am sure it could be pressure-canned, but I have no idea of the times or pressures. You could easily freeze it though. Please let us know what you find out, because I would love to can some. Thanks!

I used to can my hot fudge but

it was honey sweetened so the acid level was pretty high and I water bathed it. I think you'll need to pressure can this for safety, you can only water bath things with a certain acidity.

Unfortunately I don't have times or pressure info either.

shouldn't it keep in the frig for a long, long time? there's nothing in there to really go bad.
