This article shows the items. I've never heard of Cargill. Is it a grocery chain?

Cargill is a HUGE wholesale food processor, agricultural company and pharmaceutical company.

And that 130,000 lbs is multiplied when it is mixed with other meat and sold in smaller packages.

This is one reason I buy ground beef that is ground in store. Here, that means Whole Foods. I think that minimizes the chance of getting contaminated meat, although it certainly doesn't prevent it. The next time I shop for it, I'll be asking more questions and hope I can get answers that make me happy.
