Cashew cream question....

... today I finally made some cashew cream, after reading so many positive reviews about it, how great it tastes etc etc

it is basically ground cashews processed in water with some acidic component (I used lime juice and apple cider vinegar), plus salt

I made more than I expected - it lasts for a few days in the fridge, but there's no way we'll be able to finish it. Does anybody know if it freezes well????

 
yes, thanks for the answer Gay. Because I have a jar that's been frozen for quite a long time (which

is actually code for "Who knows when I put this in the freezer? I could thaw and taste it to get an answer for Sally, but then the length of time that it was frozen (unknown variable) combined with the fear I would have of physically tasting it (definitely high value) would probably skew the results."
