would you believe I got my first one in 2003?? I went through two rounds of wedding gifts (one in 1971 and again in 1986) and managed to avoid getting one. I pooh-poohed crock pots for all those years. Finally I got one out of curiousity and now I am hooked. Stupid me!

 
...and so did mine! It must be all the skin fat...

I made this last night...tweakless except for using leeks instead of onions... which is no tweak at all.

It was really good!!! I skinned and de-boned and served over brown rice. Next time I think I will take the skin off the thighs and legs because there was so much fat to skim off. I'll leave just the breast skin to keep that isulated and moist. We'll see....Thanks for a great recipe!
