Chicken pieces-skinned
3/4 dry instant potato buds
1/4 no fat or low fat parmesan cheese- grated
garlic powder, paprika, dry thyme, pepper to taste

To dip chicken:
no-egg product
or egg whites
or Pace Picante Sauce for spicy

Preheat the oven to 350. Dip the chicken in the no-egg stuff, egg whites or Pace and roll or shake in a mixture of the dry ingredients. Spray lightly with oil so the chicken coating will brown. Bake about 1 hour. Can use this on potato wedges too for "fries"- it is a standard at our house!
