will be even better. I love the subtle green tea flavor. I'll report back when I make these shortbread cookies. I love shortbread!

 
Was wondering if it would get too hot/humid for making shortbread?

I could see these made with a lovely hibiscus cookie cutter. Maybe tint the white chocolate barely pink. One of the comments suggested to flip half the cookies over before baking so you have mirror images to make sandwiching easier with the 2 flat sides together. Brilliant.
