CathyZ, once again your flourless chocie cake was a hit. Couldn't find any eggs and so

decided to make this for the breakfast table. No I did not try to hide it!...we could not have a hunt.... but my daughter (who has a problem with wheat) had actually found a few chocie bunny eggs so we decorated the cake with them and voila!!! chocolate easter was throughl;y enjoyed by all.

In the past we hid boiled eggs that we had dyed but not again as when it came to the young ones looking for them we found that the mongoose, or some other critter...I suspect the neighbour's dog...had got to all of those hidden in the garden!

The cake is the very best recipe yet. Thanks

if you ever want to take it "over the top".... not that I would ever take anything

over the top... "-)))

make a bittersweet choc ganache and pour it over the cooled cake while still in the springform. chill before removing from the pan. it just adds another layer of pure chocolate heaven!
