Just wanting to make sure, given this is for our family holiday tomorrow and I'm feeling like I'm having one of those if I can screw it up I will weeks. smileys/smile.gif

All cheesecakes are baked in a water bath...aren't they? Anyone? - in case Cathy doesn't pop back in today.
