Cauliflower Puree with Almond Milk...

Sally, I must say this confused me for a bit. I misread and thought the entire half gallon

of milk was pureed with the cauli and other veggies---and it just seemed like it would be...well, soupy. And not in a "Carianna came up with another winner soup" way.

So now that I've REREAD the recipe I'll give this a try. Have a cauli in the frig....planned on Indian cauli/potato/pea dish...but yours would be less carbs. And since I've indulged in uber-carbs with the tasty caramel sauce & apples...atonement is necessary.

Thanks...I tend to only use almond milk for oatmeal. Nice to have a savory use.
