FYI, I didn't use the all the oil that was listed. Maybe because I don't care for sesame oil all that much. I used maybe 1 T, and that was enough for us.

Is there a strong taste of cedar?

I love to smell cedar, but I just can't imagine it a taste in my mouth.

How strong is the taste?

Not at all. Does smell really good when grilling though.

Mostly you taste the marinade.
