Charlie, I just made your mushroom soup with port. Delicious!!

Charlie, I made the chick pea and spinach stew. We have eaten it two nights

in a row it is sooooo good and it has been so cold that it made the perfect dinner. We heated up some whole wheat pitas and spread them with a feta-tomato-oregano-olive oil mix to go alongside the stew. What a great cold night dinner.

Tonight I hope to be able to make the sausage escarole soup tonight!
