I think two lbs of butter if not more.....whipping cream, eggs, sour cream, just a whole lotta fat stuff. Man, it was good! Can't eat like that but twice a year.

And today we eat salad.

 
Lots of organic butter from a creamery just three hours away in Humboldt Co. PLUS

sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, but, bless this house, it was a fabulous dinner! Even happier was the blessing we got today of a good rainfall in No. CA and the promise of more to come in the next few days.
