Our very nice office manager just bought a Cuisinart Griddler for our kitchen at work. I'm dreaming of all the exciting grilled cheese and panini sandwiches I'll be able to make for lunch.

We have such a nice office. Most of us eat "family style" in the kitchen together at lunch and only go out occasionally.

I love my griddler, you can flip the grills over and have pancakes, bacon and eggs at breakfast!

I work for a small law firm. There are only about twenty-five total. Only five of us in my

group working with the partner I work for. Our group does primarily family & a little civil. I also do a bit of work for a solo guy who offices with us who does some small probate stuff.

I'll have to check the thread. I need some exotic grilled cheese ideas. Sounds great for summer with some fruit.
