Cheese wafers or sticks: I want to elope with this photograph.

If I'm gonna have a celestial marriage, it's gonna be with the

hunk-a-hunk stick of flakey baked cheese on the left.

 
I've made these for many, many years and they always get vacuumed up

I put a little mustard in the dough or sometime brush it on just before baking then sprinkle parmesan on. Classic and wonderful.

 
I was JUST thinking of these on Wed. There is a hungarian name for them; They are served as

appetizers w/ paprika and cheddar, (I believe).

I thought of them on Wed because I went to a fancy Tea restaurant, where, their soup was served with your crackers made w/ parm, rosemary and a hint of cayenne. It was a nice twist instead of serving w/ saltines.
