I was JUST thinking of these on Wed. There is a hungarian name for them; They are served as
appetizers w/ paprika and cheddar, (I believe).
I thought of them on Wed because I went to a fancy Tea restaurant, where, their soup was served with your crackers made w/ parm, rosemary and a hint of cayenne. It was a nice twist instead of serving w/ saltines.
