I used only 4oz of cream cheese. I thought the fat content was wayyyyy more than enough with the stick of butter and just 1/2 the cream cheese. I did add 2 T of cold coffee to add some moisture and I baked them a bit extra because I didn't want them quite so gooey. Mixed them up in a bowl with a whisk---no mixer needed. It's a nice fast recipe from a cake mix that comes in handy at the cabin.
