Cheezz- did you make the s'more things for the 4th?

Hey Cyn, I made them before the 4th, and loved them!

I was intrigued by make-ahead s'mores, and I happened to have graham crackers one day, so I made a few in my toaster oven.

It's pretty gooey when you try to take them apart, but I did, and I wrapped them in saran wrap. Then I ate one (or two) a day for three days.

I was surprised that the cracker remained slightly crunchy on day three, and chocolate was still kinda melty. The marshmallow firmed up, but it was a nice chewy consistency.

Would love to make these for a bake sale!!!

If you're planning to make these a lot, check the price of graham crackers at Costco. I could be mistaken, but I thought they had 4 boxes for about $8.00. (The boxes are 2/$7.00 on sale at my local Safeway!)

Loved it!

Thanks ffor the review, Sandi. Unfortunately, we have no Costco or TJ's

anywhere nearby. Do have an Aldi's so I'll check there.
Bake sale idea sounds good!

No - I was a guest and my sister had other plans... I passed it on to my DD tho, so maybe she did
