GREAT! We made chicken tetrazzini with salad (homemade dressing) and bread rolls

We discovered the joy of renting a cambro insulated unit that keeps 4 huge pans of food hot while the others are on the serving racks with sterno. I'm still here in Sacramento for 2 more days and ready for a rest smileys/smile.gif
