Cheezz, how much in advance can I make your Cranberry Bliss Bars?

If I make them tonight or tomorrow, for Thursday, should I freeze them? (Can I freeze them?)

I've made them a few days ahead and just kept refrigerated. Have never actually frozen them

but I don't see why not. I'm sure they would keep quite well in the fridge until Thursday, though.
